Although studies show that nicotine can do nothing good and only adds to the stress, many smokers all over the world still believe in the myth. Since women have more emotional swings than men, it is harder for them to quit smoking, because they are ready to get another cigarette as soon as something goes wrong or they have emotional pressure.
